Minimum order is £25 and Free Postage is available on orders over £85
As our items are made fresh it may take a few days to ship your order depending on supply.
Please be patient whilst we dry them, your treats are worth the wait!
Custom Order
Our online store makes ordering quick and simple but if you dont see quite what you are looking for and want a different size or custom mix selection box simply contact us and we will be happy to help.
Postage
All orders are sent out using Royal Mail.
Please understand, once your order has been posted we no longer have any control over how long it takes to reach you. Bank/public holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes and/or other events can all effect your delivery time.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch, please get in touch to see what can be done.
If you are local you can call into the unit to buy in person

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
If you need to cancel your order please get in contact as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be done before your order has been packed and dispatched.
We cannot offer any return or exchange on food items.
Please ensure you read the item description carefully before ordering and get in touch if you are unsure which items will be suitable for your dog.
Not all items will be suitable for all dogs - Feed only under supervision.
